MONTHLY PROJECTED IMAGE competitionPhotography West sponsors three types of competition for its members to
participate in during the winter months and they are open to all club members
who are in good standing with their monitor commitments. A description of the
competition (print, projected image or monthly projected image), the categories,
dates (submission, etc.), and how to enter follows.
Monthly Projected Image Competition
MyKee Cornelison
This program is geared towards encouraging beginning photographers to comfortably show their photos in a group setting. It will be open to Beginning, Advanced and Master
classes who are in good standing with their monitor commitments.
The Monthly Projected Image Competition is held each month during September thru April. Ribbons are awarded for achievement, however no points are awarded relative to
the class. Photos submitted will be shown as a slide show and ribbons presented at a Friday general meeting. The Judge will provide comments on why the winning photo

Monthly Projected Image competition Rules
Two images per member per month.
Image Sizing: 1920 pixels x 1080 pixels maximum.
Maximum File Size: 3 MB.
Images are due by the10th of the month.
Get your photos ready for next season’s Monthly Projected Image Competition beginning September 2026.
